Appealing a rejected application is much more difficult than an initial visa application because the Immigration Department retains all immigration application records for each individual. Unless additional documents can be obtained or change of circumstances, otherwise, the chance for appeal is low.

Thus, the work involved in our appeal is more comprehensive and it includes:

• Fully understand the applicant’s situation;
  
  Review all the documents that have previously been submitted to Immigration Department;
  
  Assess the probability of success and advise on the possible outcome;
  
  Guide the applicant to prepare all necessary additional supporting documents;
  
  Review and reorganize the documents before the submission to Immigration Department;
  
  Liaise with the Immigration Department until the applicant’s case concludes.
