Companies convicted of failing to keep significant controllers register at their registered offices

  • Twelve Hong Kong companies were prosecuted by the Companies Registry under section 653M(1) of the Companies Ordinance for failing to keep the significant controllers register at their registered offices and other breaches of the Companies Ordinance. Each of the companies was fined $8,000 to $20,000.
